How can I use a specific dissector on a hex-stream in either wireshark or tshark?

I have a hexstring of encoded binary data (= of the form "0A0BCD..."), and I would like to use a specific dissector applied to this hexstream (in my case, the dissector for "GSM A-I/F RP - RP-DATA (MS to Network)" packages). Ideally, I would like to do this without encapsulating this hexstream in other packages, but rather just decoding the hex stream at hand with a specific dissector. Does wireshark or tshark offer such functionality?
