I need Plugin to decode packet as per RFC 7769 (Media Access Control (MAC) Address Withdrawal over Static Pseudowire)

Is it available ?

I don't know whether there is a plugin available.

However I would like to encourage you to file an enhancement bug to get built-in support of RFC7769 in Wireshark.

Attaching sample captures would help a lot to get it implemented.
