Discovery network device types

Does the wireshark has solutions to discovery network device types? Like laptop, mobile, rotuer or other devices

Only passively by looking at the Ethernet AC addresses in traffic, and only if traffic from the devices passes the capture point.

Wireshark is a packet analyser, and as such, isn't the tool for this task.

Maybe you could advice which protocols could solve discovery task? Like UPnP, or Bonjour services
