Hello! I'm using smart-card and i want to understand what does command like 00a4...... mean. How can i parse it using wireshark and usbmon on linux?

Your question isn't clear, how are the smart-card and Wireshark related?  Are you trying to capture the USB transactions between the smart-card and the OS?
