How to verify QoS priorities implemented on Cisco routers

I have 2 Cisco 2951 routers that are connected with each other via Cisco 2960X switch. I have mirrored a port on this switch to analyze the traffic on Wireshark. QoS is implemented on those Egress ports of both routers which are connected to this switch. I have set different priorities for Voice, Interactive Video, Data, and Streaming Video to prioritize certain classes. I can see the change in IP Precedence or DSCP values in Wireshark but How to see the different priorities like percentage of bandwidth utilization or reliability or throughput or prioritizing of certain data in Wireshark for the complete satisfaction that the QoS is implemented.

Have you tried the I/O graph with multiple lines filtered on ip.dsfield.dscp == X where X is the class of interest and Y-axis set to bits/sec?
