how to find ppoe password

I have a Technicolor DWA0120 router with Shell Broadband here in the UK, and I have asked for this 3 times from Shell broadband and they won't give it to me, so i thought I would try to get it via wireshark similar to getting Sky broadband password, but it does not do the same thing.

Is there anyone out there that can help me obtain my ppoe password from this Technicolor DWA0120 router via wireshark.

Any help will be appreciated.
