Graphing problem with TCP flags

I'm trying to graph TCP flags in Wireshark 2 and noticed that there are way more data points than there are in the capture. Old versions like 1.12.13 graph it correctly. If I single out a single flag such as retransmissions it still graphs data points that are not in the trace.
