Communication error in Rockwell Ethernet/IP network

One of client using Ethernet/IP DLR network.

Trace is taken -Rockwell PLC running condition Plant .

Customer issue - without DLR network working ok , but with the DLR network field devices not communicated with PLC . Customer wants to find exact issue.
