wireshark / ble sniffing 1st-timer... simple question

I'm using Wireshark (Version 3.6.3 (v3.6.3-0-g6d348e4611e2) on an M1 MacBook and a Bluefruit LS Sniffer. I set things up following the directions here:https://learn.adafruit.com/intro...

After getting all the required pieces in place and launching Wireshark, I was shown a dialog that I thought asked me to choose the BLE packet types I wanted to see. I chose Advertisements (ADV?) because the first thing I wanted to see was what a particular device showed in a scan response.

Now I want to see other types of packets going back and forth between my device and my mobile app, but I cannot find that original dialog, or some other, that will allow me to observe service and characteristic discovery, etc.

Can someone help, please?

Thanks you!

Running the nRF Sniffer - the bottom section shows interface options. Is this the popup you configured?
"Interface options Click the gear icon next to the interface to configure additional options for the nRF Sniffer for Bluetooth LE."
