What version of Wireshark and npcap are you using? You can copy the info from the Wireshark -> Help -> About Wireshark dialog.

All up to date, your question implies that you see some NICs but not the "production" one, is that correct? If so, is there anything "special" about the missing NIC in terms of hardware\drivers?

That is correct, there should be no difference in drivers but as the infrastructure is managed by DXC I will have to consult with them
