Hello,

The client has problems accessing the digital signature server located on the internet.

We have a workstation (User A) that connects to a repository located on the LAN.

The problem occurs when the user has internal DNS and the connection to the repository server connects through port HTTP-8080 -> the application shows errors.

When the client machine uses public DNS, the connection to the repository is through its own public (Virtual IP). But the connection to the VIP is through port HTTP-80 -> The application shows no errors.

Trace captures have been made on the client side with the DNS-Internal and DNS-External.

I am grateful for your support if you find any errors in this regard.

I appreciate everyone's support.

Without looking into the trace. You only see SYN packets on port 8080. Most likely someone put a firewall or ACL in the way and your connection on port 8080 is prohibited.

Too bad. You never captured anything but DNS traffic. THat will not help much.

Can you capture the relevant traffic? Just DNS traffic will not help you much here.
