Audible alarm on wireshark

I have wireshark running and testing two internet service providers which I pay for. would it be possible to make an audible alarm when one of them would be off.

usually the source and destination of both of them have separate ip addresses for example one particular service provider has 192.168.2.1 and 192.168.2.2 and maybe create an alarm when the ip addresses would be different. or could something be done from the performance of the pc to alarm when activity goes below a desired value please.

if wireshark cannot do this function could some other program be installed to do so please.
