Can I download Wireshark on my macOS Monterey V12.0.1?

I have MacBook Air ( M1, 2020 ), and I want to download the Wireshark on but I'm not sure if it's ok or not. Can someone please enlighten me which better version of Wireshark is applicaple on my machine?

As you're using an M1 based Mac, which is an Arm architecture CPU, use the macOS Arm 64-bit .dmg package.
