Upgrade to 3.6.2 Failes

So, got the message to update today so I went for it and the upgrade failed. Now Wireshark won't even start. Keeps giving me the KB message but that's not the issue since I'm on Windows 10 and those KB don't apply. Help me! I need to read some captures and can't! None of the answered questions seem to apply here.

What was the old version of Wireshark?

I'm assuming the issue is the VC runtime what is the exact error you get?

Yes, correct. The Visual C++ Redistributable installer Failed with error 1603... It goes on to mention 2 KB's

Was there any error displayed? Can you try downloading the VC runtime installer from here, picking the appropriate architecture and reporting the error, if any?
