Where can I find the EVS codec plugin to add it to Wireshark?

We analyse EVS codec voice calls, apparently the EVS codec is not supported by Wireshark to decode and play the voice audio, I have a new version and the codec is not there and I cannot find it anywhere.

I have searched and I cannot find how to add codecs, I currently need to add EVS codec (also AMRWB):

The question: Where can I find the EVS plugin to add it to Wireshark? (I see G711.dll in the plugin folder, i suppose i need evs.dll)
