Help to understand MQTT data

Hello, I am currently studying some signals that I send from Ignition and then visualize them in Wireshark. But I don't know why when I send one information, Wireshark detects three informations. In copie I put some screen from Wireshark and MQTT.fx which visualize the among of sequence send.

well i find the answer, that was because i have on my pc the mqtt distributor, transmitton and engine.
