That depends on the form quantum-computer-based decryption takes.

If, for example, it takes the form of a quantum computer that can be connected to a "regular" computer, and there are APIs offered for some or all of the OSes on which Wireshark runs, and somebody decides to implement code in Wireshark to feed the packets to a quantum computer capable of decrypting the packets and get back decrypted results (assuming there's a way to determine whether the decryption is correct, of course), then Wireshark will support it, at least for people who have the quantum computer attached to the machine running Wireshark, complete with the library supporting the APIs in question.
