Hi, When I exported the Wireshark log file (pcapng file), I could see that, some packets are missed in csv file and these packets are important for me to trouble shoot

This is an issue with csv output, the data in question has repeating fields (IEC 104 data values) and as the number of repeated fields isn't known at the time of the header row generation, the repeated fields aren't added.

The OP could investigate other forms of output that can handle repeated fields, e.g. JSON.
