what to do if wireshark dosent show you the internet connections when you open it?

when i go into wireshark and try to pick the internet connection it dosent show up and that does so i cant do anything with it

Please also post the contents of the dialog Help -> About Wireshark -> Wireshark, noting the handy "Copy to Clipboard" function.
