I'd like to add new dissector to Wireshark and I've created merge request on GitLab. But there is no response for about 2 weeks. Am I doing something wrong?

You're doing nothing wrong. It's in the list, so someone will have to find some free time to review these 6000+ lines of code.

Also note, that as per our release policy, this has missed the bus for 3.6, so will be included in the next major version. The dissector would also be available, once merged, in the nightly builds and any development releases.
