QUIC identification via version negotiation

QUIC manageability draft 13 section 3.1.1 and 3.2 (https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html...) states that QUIC version 1 can be identified by observing the version negitiation between the client and the server. Does Wiresharc QUIC dissector supports this method?
