Does Wireshark use the Telerik UI ASP.NET AJAX controls suite?

There is a vulnerability on the Telerik UI ASP.NET AJAX controls suite and I need t understand if it is used in the Wireshark code base?

Wireshark does not use any .Net components.

The list of third party libraries used in Wireshark is quite long and I don't know if they are called out anywhere specifically other than the Libraries section in the Developers Guide.
