Error: "RTO based on delta from frame" and "TCP Previous Segment not captured"

I have a backup system configured that is sent from a specific server (10.1.0.62) to a specific server (10.20.20.5). The backup volume is on average 100 GB. Backups are done every day from 12:00 am to 8:30 am. The above errors are released on Tuesday and Wednesday nights from 1:00 to 10:00 in the morning and, accordingly, the backup does not work successfully on these days and times. I captured packets using wireshark and saw errors "RTO based on delta from frame" and "TCP Previous Segment not captured". Can you help me understand the errors and solve the problem ???
