Windows 11 install fails

When installing on a Windows 11 VM i get the error below. Neither mentioned KB is applicable, so it doesn't seem like there is a way to get it working. Any current workarounds?

Can you please raise an issue on the Wireshark GitLab Issues list. This may be yet another example of an error return from the VC Redist installer that isn't actually an error.
