How to install dldata_pdschsendreq filter in Wireshark

Hi, I don't see dldata filters in browser in Wireshark 3.4.5 and 3.4.7 ver. I want to check MCS.

What protocol is this field in?

As I know it should be in DCI.

Still need more help identifying the protocol as DCI isn't known to me. If I did know the protocol I would look in the Wireshark Display Filter Reference to check filter field names.
