Trying to figure out lag issues

Hello all,

I have been struggling to solve some regular issues on my network with packet loss, lag, lost connection (which then after like 30 seconds to a minute reconnects).

I am not a networking expert by any stretch. I've done all of the normal trouble shooting: I've replaced modem, replaced router (tried 3 different models). Firmware is up to date. Replaced ethernet cables. Had house rewired by Spectrum.

I found wireshark after a lot of frustration. Here is my grab. which shows a period where I am on a Microsoft Team meeting which goes from being very laggy back to being normal and useable.

Any insight would be so appreciated. Sorry if this is not allowed.
