Howto find out the caller identity to a VOIP message

There are a couple of things you can try.

1. File a police report for harassing text messages.
2. Report to your mobility service provider.
3. Try a paid website to provide information on the telephone.
4. Block the text messages from that specific number. This is the productive if it is always the same number.

Items 1-3, might be a lost cause. The number received could be spoofed or fake. There isn't any monitoring to validate that the caller-id belongs to the calling party. Isn't technology and Internet GREAT.
