Support was added (3GPP NAS: upgrade dissector to v16.6.0) Nov 13, 2020 but not backported to the 3.4 branch.
The fields added in the change do appear in a 3.5.0rc0 build available in the automated build section of the download site.

That's correct, you should use the 3.5.0 development builds as a release upgrade is not a bugfix and thus is not candidate for backport in the stable branch.
