I am getting an error while running tcprewrite --seed 216 --infile '' --outfile '' on this pcap. I have checked with other pcaps and it's working fine with them. Can somebody check what could be possibly wrong with the pcap? [closed]

Error: Fatal Error in tcpedit.c:tcpedit_packet() line 129:

From ./plugins/dlt_raw/raw.c:dlt_raw_encode() line 201:

DLT_RAW plugin does not support packet encoding
