Does Wireshark supports Urdu National Language Locking Shift Table

Hello, I am running a USSD implementation where I have implemented Urdu National Language Locking Shift Table for the Arabic character set. But looks like Wireshark decoding it as per the default GSM set. Does it mean that Wireshark does not support the decoding of characters as per the table?

The only 3GPP TS 23.038 encoding Wireshark currently supports is the GSM 7 bit Default Alphabet. You'd have to modify Wireshark to add support for any of the National Language tables, or get somebody to do it for you.
