server hello transport layer security has no data or pull down info

My wireshark suddenly has no pull down info for the server hello packet - in the transport layer security field

I think you mean that you can't expand the details of the TLS Server Hello record? What do you see?

You can put the capture on a public share, e.g. Google Drove DropBox etc. and post a link to it back here, or less usefully you can post an image of what you do see in the packet details pane, again to a public share and post a link to it back here.
