Does Wireshark support TLS 1.3?

I would like to get familiar with TLS 1.3 and the handshake and I was wondering if first Wireshark can support TLS 1.3 and if there are any trace files to test?

Yes Wireshark Version 2.9.0 support TLS1.3 , I did perform TLSv1.3 capture and dissect the packets here
