We have the UE sending a LCS payload in the UL NAS Transport Message.

Payload Container Type: Location Services message container Payload container: 1b 3b 1c 23 a1 21 02 01 01 02 01 68 30 19 80 01 01 a1 14 80 08 12 34 56 78 12 34 56 78 81 08 12 34 56 78 12 34 56 78

What filter(s) should be applied to decode the Payload container? It is encoded as per 24.080

Hi, There is no filters to do decoding only to find things in the trace. What version of Wireshark are you using on what platform? Newer versions decode at least some of the containers.
