zScaler VPN not connecting

Hi everyone

Hope someone can help with this. We have a unique situation where a non-standard build has a zScaler VPN client installed to connect to a third party client.

The client runs for a few seconds, issues an IP address to the laptop (100.64.0.2), but then fails. Can anyone help me to spot any issues on the attached capture please? The client also pulls down a PAC file (127.0.0.1) into the laptop browser so it could potentially be a problem there.

It looks like that the internal Zscaler communication (100.64.0.0/16) is blocked.

Have you configured the firewall bypass rules for the Zscaler processes as mentioned here: https://help.zscaler.com/z-app/zscale...

@JasMan, if you don't see the link "convert to answer" at the bottom of the comment, then I guess it's reserved for Admins or if you have enough Karma. I'm not sure what the required level is though.

While we'd like to enable more things for users to do themselves, we can't have good things because of the SPAMmers.
