I am unable to install the Wireshark 64-bit program on my computer that includes the npcap so I installed the 32 bt nut the npcap will not install. my computer is running the latest version of windows 10 home. The error message I receive when installing the npcap is " failed to create the npcap service: 0x800f0203. Please try installing npcap again, or use the latest official Npcap installer from https;//nmap.org/npcap/'.

Npcap currently doesn't support Windows-on-ARM; that's issue #57 on the Npcap issue list. (It includes a kernel-mode driver, so the ability to run user-mode 32-bit x86 programs doesn't help.)

I have no idea if Wireshark itself will actually work on your system, but npcap is a separate project and issues with it should be addressed to their support systems, e.g. their GitHub issue tracker.
