Lots of WindowFull/ZeroWindow without EWOULDBLOCK

Hi, is it possible to have a pcap full of WindowFull/ZeroWindow followed sometimes by WindowUpdate and no EWOULDBLOCK/EAGAIN at socket level? Just before updating the OS, lots of EWOULDBLOCK experienced. OS is Centos 7.
