don't see all TCP Packets

Hi I use my pc to control Arduino esp8266 boards . My program try to connect to the boards using TCP protocol (open sockets ) the program send every 3 seconds connect request to the boards ( of course to other IP each request ) to check if the board is powered up for some reason i don see on the WireShark all messages . Any idea ? i use capture filter only on the port that I use Regards Doron
