I cant see any traffic/data from a usb device that uses udp port 2460 to send voice data

The device I am talking about is the bluedv ambe3000 dongle. I am try to find where the trafiic goes i.e reflector Ip's etc, as a friend is having problems connecting to certain ones like REF001C. rhanks in advance guys for any help offered.
