Zoom does not work end to end. That is, you do not send or receive any data directly with your classmates. Instead, communication works with Zoom servers in your region.

So, if you were to capture traffic on a Zoom session, you would see your IP address, as well as the IP or IP's of the Zoom servers.

There's no way to use Wireshark to get the information you're looking for.

You have to take this up with Zoom. Everyone communicates to Zoom servers.
