MAC OS Big Sur Not Responding

Hello,

I updated my MacOS to Big Sur. Now I could not start Wireshark. It just loads some seconds, then I get just a not responding. No UI.

I tried a reinstall of 3.4.1 but nothing has changed.

Maybe anyone could give me a hint.
