How do I post the contents of the Wireshark -> Help -> About Wireshark dialog as text?

From the Wireshark application, click on the "Help" menu , then "About Wireshark". On the dialog there's a "Copy to Clipboard" button to copy the text, then paste the text into your question or comment.
