How do I turn on monitor mode on Win10?

I have an assingment to check what other users in my network are doing right now on their computers and I suppose I need monitor mode for this but I can't find the option to enable it anywhere. I've look into capture options but It's not there :((

Frankly, though, npcap for Windows monitor mode is less than useful. Monitor mode wireless captures are best done through a Mac or Linux.
