VOIP RTP Packet Header SRC IP is not the caller IP. Is the real IP hidden in the body of the packet?

No, you're usually working through a SIP media gateway and/or session border controller when connecting two SIP endpoints. It's of these elements you see the IP address information.

Thank you for that, In my view this is the principle reason we have so many cold callers. We can't track their real IP address!
