Wireshark only showing me 3 digit ips [closed]

Hi. I'm VERY new at using wireshark and only have a basic understanding of the most basic layer of the program's functions. I am trying to learn how to pull my friends' IP from discord, for some reason she is really fascinated with this. I have learned to go to my ethernet settings and uncheck a certain box, (I have forgotten what the setting was called) and I have filtered the results with udp, and I have made the capture filter IPv4 only. I had a conversation with my friend while it was running but Wireshark only captured ip's that start with 3 digits, which are either private or not my friend's IP. Is there a step I am missing or that I may have done wrong? Thanks.
