I can not change language in version Version 3.2.6

Hello, I have installed twice this Version 3.2.6 and it is in my native language Spanish, I love my language, however, I need the language to be set to English, kindly assist please, thanks in advance!

Your Preferences screen is missing the Language box or has empty list?

Windows 10. Wireshark 3.2.6. Language: Spanish_Colombia. Use System setting for language.

Have you tried setting the language under Preferences ?

Edit -> Preferences... -> Appearance -> Language

Hello, I do appreciate you take time to assist me, actually yes, I did that, I saw this advice in a different post but the option for language is not there, i am using Windows laptop, 64 bit and I uninstall and re install to see if somewhere while installed it happens, the thing is everything is English except for the menu options, edit, analyze all that :(
