Why Wireshark keeps hanging?

Hi, my problem is that the wireshark, either download Wireshark installer 64 bit or portable version, they all still hang once I clicked. I'm using Windows 10, is there anyone knows the solution?

Possibly an issue with your npcap installation. Stop all wireshark processes, uninstall npcap, reboot, and install the latest npcap from their site.
