Issue with Wireshark

Hi ,

I have noticed that internet connectivity issue while I start capturing the packets over the interface. I have observed this issue on end users system when i was trying to capture the packets. Before capturing the packets internet will be stable. As soon as i start the capturing the packets internet goes down suddenly. Will wireshark cause any network issues while capturing the packets ?

Can you provide output of wireshark -v or Help -> About Wireshark ?

What are the operating system and if Windows, version of npcap?

@prav, That's why we ask for the -v or About Wireshark info, it contains a lot of relevant detail in one go.
