Users at home having issues connecting with Soft Phones over VPN here is the link for the capture https://drive.google.com/file/d/1iibq... the Softphone IP is 10.1.129.215

You've captured only one direction (to 10.1.129.215). Could you create a new capture including both directions please. Also a capture on the client would be helpful.
