Wireshark will not open after double-click, any help?

Double-clicking the application to open renders no results.

All pre-requisites for the program are installed: Npcap, USBPcap

Even after reinstallation, the installer doesn't give me the option to launch the program.

Any other details such as OS and Wireshark version?

What happens if you try to run Wireshark from the command line, e.g.

"C:\Program Files\Wireshark\Wireshark.exe" -v

After running the command nothing appeared on the command line.

Something's obviously very wrong. I can only suggest an uninstall, reboot and re-install.
