Hello!

I'm just installed wireshark on my PC, just to learn it, after the installation, everytime i boot up my computer, i don't have internet connection, and need to manually disable my network card, and then enable it at the windows 10 control panel. After that, everything is working fine.

my PC runs Windows 10 Pro, my network card is Realtek PCIe Gbe Family Controller. Before i installed wireshark (+NPCAP driver), i did not have any problems with this.

i dont know how to fix this, if you can help me out in this issue i would be thankful. I can provide more info if needed, i just dont know what info needed to solve this.

Does the problem go away if you de-install npcap (and keep Wireshark installed)?

Hello again, sorry for the late response, yes i uninstalled npcap, and the PC starts with internet access again.

What version of npcap were you using? In case it wasn't the latest version, you could try installing Npcap 0.9994 from https://nmap.org/npcap/. If the problem persists, you could try searching for a reporting issue at https://github.com/nmap/npcap/issues or opening a new issue if this problem hasn't already been reported there.
